Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@glamrdip.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are securely packed in their original packaging; for hygiene reasons, individual powders and liquids must remain factory sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your parcel to our quality control warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
